I especially enjoyed the Tribal Leaders Forum where Council Member Delia Carlyle (Ak-Chin Indian Community), Council Member Arnold Beach (White Mountain Apache Tribe), Vice Chairman Larry Jackson (Yavapai Apache Nation), and Chairman Edward Manuel (Tohono O’Odham Nation) shared their diverse experience, wisdom and advice with the upcoming leaders.
